The Iron Ring is a household created as the brainchild of Lord Heinrich von Arenburg in May of 2004, the household was passed to Nicolai Rabenis Von Tachov in fall 2011, who has been reconfirmed by it’s members each year since. We started as a Mercenary Unit which re-creates the look and feel of a fighting unit that existed between 1450 and 1600. In 2013, we decided to shift our focus to be more inclusive, both in our goals and recreation. We are now a service household, that sports amazing artisans and mighty fighters, and tout member personas from 450 to 1600, across many cultures. 
Members of the Iron Ring live primarily in the Portland metro area, in the Barony of Dragon’s Mist but span from Salem, Or. to Winlock, Wa.
